HIPAA Security Program Manager
This position will report to the VP of Information Security, and will initially be located in San Diego, California. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and maintaining a process for defining the organization's goals and objectives for directives as mandated by the HIPAA security regulations
- Developing project framework, detailed work plans, and tracking mechanisms to ensure related project are on-track and within budget
- Coordinating the security risk assessment and acceptance program
- Perform ongoing information risk assessments and audits to ensure that information systems are adequately protected and meet HIPAA requirements
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-segment HIPAA security meetings
- Provide delivery support to multiple projects, participate in the initial start up of new projects, conduct reviews, and make sure deliverables are being met and process is being followed. Implement any necessary changes to the projects.
- Creating procedures for HIPAA documentation filing
- Creating appropriate metrics and status reports
- Ensuring the ongoing integration of HIPAA information security requirements with business strategies and requirements
Qualifications/ Required Skills:
- Advanced degree preferred and/or 10+ years experience performing related functions within a security organization
- 10 years plus Project Management experience
- 2 years of proven practical experience with HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act). Understands the final rules to date and how they relate to and impact the Healthcare organizations
- Disciplined in planning, identifying key issues, documenting resolutions, and communicating
- It is highly desirable to have experience in a large, highly regulated industry.
- Experience with Oracle, Unix, NT, and XP platforms
- CISSP certification preferred
JAVA Programmer
This position will report to the VP of Information Security, and will initially be located in San Diego, California. Responsibilities include:
- Work independently or as a member of a team
- Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously
- Proficient in the procedures, tools and standards used in the QA certification process
- Recommends quality standards based on statistical data
- Determine best practices and user-friendly interface design
- Document specifications including job and data flows
- Adhere to best practices of IT principles, processes, policies, standards and procedures.
- Design effective and efficient software implementation strategies
- Troubleshoot hardware/software problems with minimal input from the user
Qualifications/ Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in IS/Management or IT related degree preferred
- Experience in computer programming, software quality assurance, billing systems, transaction systems, decision support systems, and executive support systems
- Must have knowledge of relational databases
- Must know SDLC, RAD concepts and applications of these concepts
- Minimum 1 years of experience testing in a Unix environment.
- Advanced MS Office experience is required
- Knowledge of one or more of the following: Windows, Unix, Linux, Solaris, Visio, Minitab, Visible Analyst and other systems design suites.
- A+, MCSE, CNE, CCNA all pluses
Network Administrator/Security Assessment Professional
This position will report to the VP of Information Security, and will initially be located in San Diego, California. Responsibilities include:
- Apply current technologies to the design, development, evaluation, and integration of computer systems/ networks to maintain system security
- Works with commercial computer product vendors in the design and evaluation of secure operating systems, networks, and database products and technology
- Provides security engineering and integration services to internal customers
- Involved in a wide range of issues including secure architectures, secure electronic data traffic, network security, and security and privacy
- Uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research
- Assists in performing risk analyses, which also includes risk assessment, threat assessment, and vulnerability assessment
- Assists with security audits
- Performs research, advises customer and preparedness plans in response to changing security technology, policy and procedures
- Prepares security reports and risk management recommendations
- The hired candidate will be familiar with U.S. federal government security laws, policies and regulations such as, HIPAA, Privacy Act, etc.
- Familiarity with the security aspects of several of the following platforms and applications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, related field, or applicable experience in a managed care organization.

Marketing Communications Manager
This position will report to the VP of Business Development, and will initially be located in San Diego, California. Responsibilities include:
- All marketing and communications
- Develops, implements, and manages corporate communications that aligns with marketing, business development, and client relations:
- Budget design and implementation
- Ensures that messages and materials align with all organizational goals/strategies
- Proposal management/Account management
- Proposal management of presentations, RFPs, Account Reviews, PowerPoint presentation, formatting, writing and collaboration
- Other hands-on work may include database management, formatting documents, printing documents, ongoing support of client relations and business development groups
- Ensures process development and implementation for completion and prioritization of projects is adhered to or created
- Assists production associates with understanding of industry, company and applications in order to promote their career development
- Maintains design and editorial oversight (RFPs, presentations, reviews, agreements)
- Provides project management instruction and guidance (deadline, prioritization and calendar management)
Qualifications/ Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing preferred
- 3-5 years account management experience
- Experience in participating in corporate marketing plans
- Technical proposal production experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA preferable but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with HTML coding, other Web-related applications and graphics applications

Sales Representative
This position is regional and will report to the VP of Business Development Responsibilities include:
- Inside sales through both direct and indirect channels
- Focused calling into hospitals, clinics, and large practices
- Help to define sales / marketing campaigns for both direct & channel sales
- Sell directly to clients and support channel sales partners
- Drive inside sales and marketing programs
Qualifications/ Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, related field, or applicable experience in a managed care organization
- At least two years sales experience direct and indirect
